DDE engine is supposed to find len of instructions and split them into easy modifying structures. Those structures can be used later to insert some code betwen them or modify them, do whatever you want. Example -> sub eax, 1 can be easily changed in struct to add eax, -1 and so on... xor reg,reg to sub reg, reg, or something else... insert jmps between instructions...
